2. Purpose of the website

This website operates solely as an informational product catalogue and a means of contact. It is NOT an online shop: no online orders are placed, no prices are displayed and no electronic payments are processed.

Orders and prices are agreed exclusively upon contact, by telephone, email or via the contact form.

3. Product information — accuracy and tolerances

We make every reasonable effort to keep product descriptions, dimensions and weights accurate and up to date.

Stated dimensions and weights are indicative and subject to the normal manufacturing tolerances inherent in natural timber products. Minor deviations, as well as variations in colour, grain or knots of the wood, do not constitute a defect.

Photographs are indicative. Actual colour may differ depending on your screen settings.

Technical characteristics may change without notice as part of the continuous improvement of our products. The details set out in the written quotation always prevail.

4. Offers and formation of contract

The content of this website does not constitute a binding offer in the legal sense, but an invitation to submit an enquiry.

A contract is formed only upon our express written confirmation of the order. Prices, quantities, delivery times and payment terms are set out in the relevant quotation.

Copying, imitating, manufacturing or commercialising it, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission is prohibited and gives rise to civil and criminal liability.

Reproduction, copying, modification, republication or distribution of any element of this website without prior written permission is prohibited. Personal, non-commercial viewing of the content is permitted.
